MA Harassment is Defined As:

Three or more acts of the following:

1. Each aimed at a specific person
2. Each was willful and malicious
3. Each was done with intent to cause fear, intimidation, abuse or property

Or one act that “by force, threat or duress causes another to involuntarily engaged in sexual relations”

Or one act that constitutes the following:

1. Indecent assault and battery
2. Indecent assault and battery on a mentally retarded person
3. Indecent assault and battery
4. Rape
5. Forcible rape of a child
6. Assault with intent to rape
7. Assault with intent to rape a child
8. Enticement of a child
9. Criminal stalking
10. Criminal harassment
11. Drugging for intercourse
